Breukelen

I think this is my third or forth stop in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.  More often than not it was just passing through.  This time I am getting to do something I always wanted to do:  Go to Breukelen!  Our great borough if named after the ancient little Dutch village.  Of course New York or New Amsterdam was at first a Dutch Colony.

Breukelen is today a wealthy suburb of Amsterdam while retaining its village like appeal.   The tallest structures are the churches with their steeples.  It of course has brooks and a canal.
